Registration
You must have one account per each character you play. You're welcome to make an OOC account for participating in ooc threads/events. They are not required, however!When registering a character, make sure it is ‘First Last’ name.

After registering, when adding images to your accounts and fill out the profile information. Thank you!
Application
We stress that Contingency Aura is an animanga roleplay website. If you need help with finding a faceclaim, we recommend iconic, pixel perfect or zerochan, along with asking members around the site.
We highly encourage you to reserve your face claim as well, reserves are active for two weeks. When the time has expired and you’ve not submitted your character, you must re-submit your reserve or it is free for anybody to choose that faceclaim.
Your character should be an original creation. The character can share some similarities to other characters, but it shouldn’t be a copy of the face claim or canon characters. If it’s reported that your character is similar to a canon, we will ask you to change your character.
Due to this site being mostly modern in theme and slice-of-life-esque, we do not allow fantasy elements or fantasy creatures.
When you’ve finished with your application and user profile, post the link to it right here. Staff members will try their hardest to get to your application within 24 hours, if it’s been longer than 48 than you may reach out to one of us.
You are responsible for posting in ALL claims that are relevant to your character.
Writing
We ask that you please follow the common-sense rules of roleplaying. This includes no powerplaying, no chat-speak while in character, and while we accept roleplayers of any degree of experience, we ask that you write coheretly for the sake of your follow roleplayers.There is no word count on here on Contingency Aura, but please try to match your replies. Don't send a one-sentence reply when your partner wrote six paragraphs, and vice-versa. We encourage you to talk to your rp partner if you're having trouble.

When creating a thread, please indicate it's privacy in the title. If the thread is open for anyone and everyone to join, label it with [OPEN]. If you wish for only certain characters to be included, mark it with the character's name.

Contingency Aura doesn’t condone inappropriate behaviors in ooc. You are not blocked from making a little trash monster of a character, but respect your partner's boundaries. Do not pressure anyone to enter a situation they are uncomfortable with.
