Stories have a beginning, a middle and an end
this is how our story goes
Life was going on like it did any other day. Students rushing to school to beat the bell, adults rushing to work or looking for a breakfast meal. The streets and sidewalks were busy. Life moving at the fast pace it does in the modern world. People lost in their cell phones as they world seemed to flow around them. Others lost in their own thoughts…. Sheep following the herd so it was. No one aware of what their fate held to them until that time when the world became black around them.
Upon waking up, one would find themselves in front of a goddess who would tell them that they can either pass on a soul bound to the skies above or they could have a second chance. A chance to find their soulmate, a chance to live out one’s desire that went unfilled in their last life. She would open up a connection into a….
A parallel universe, also known as a parallel dimension, alternate universe or alternate reality, is a hypothetical self-contained plane of existence, co-existing with one's own… what if they are real and not a work of a fantasy? What if at this very point in time, there is another world moving forward with all that seems the same but is not?
Keio Island a seemingly unlimited choice of shopping, entertainment, culture and dining. The island’s history can be appreciated in districts such as Asakusa and in museums, historic temples and gardens. Made of thirty prefectures, consisting of sixteen central city wards and multiple cities, towns and villages west of the city center.
Life moves forward as it always has… Everyone moving at a fast pace whether to get their daily activities done. However, for a few people something seems off. There is a part of them that is telling them that this is wrong, that something happened to them. It was like them memory was erased, taken from them and something else put in its place. Most of the population are unaware of this feeling…
They went to bed and woke up with new memories. Memories that brought them from whatever part of the world they were in and woke up here on the island. Whether it was a school/work transfer, a scholarship, a promotion at work, a vacation... just a memory of something that brought them here and left no deserve to leave. That this island was a home, that they had all living expenses paid for and that they were happy.
What they don’t realize is that they have passed away in their former lives, that this a second chance at living for them. Illness, injury and even death are still very possible. That instead of heading to the afterlife that found themselves with another shot at a better life in that alternative reality.
Keio Island has everything they could ever desire or need. That the island is a self-sustaining, a world within an island.
